Social network blah blah blah.

Bill.

https://www.mentalhelp.net/articles/facebook-and-mental-health-is-social-media-hurting-or-helping/

Social network is definitely the most frequent online activity all over the world-Facebook is pretty much dominating social networking and online activities in the US present day.Obviously Mark Zuckerberg's product launched very successfully and went through the roof. A couple of issues have been discussed and researched about Facebook, which continues to be the most popular social networking of the US. The biggest things would absolutely be its public influence, mental health, pro and cons, etc. Now according the research, it releases the life stress and anxiety in some way--people get to know each other in the virtual world where they have chance to talk pretty much more freely than they do in reality. Also, it encourages the mutual support for people. Where there'are benefits, there will be drawbacks. Mental depression becomes common today: Cyberbullying is a main driver of people feeling depressed or depression. Language attacks, cyber manhunt,Mature content(body exposure, sex pictures), and of course, internet addiction. All that said, it's a completely normal phenomenon and we knew these would be happening from the beginning, since there's a virtual world where people could do literally anything.

Álvaro Siza Vieira

About Boa Nova Tea House,Portugal

Álvaro Joaquim de Melo Siza Vieira, who's internationally known as Alvaro Siza and Siza Vieira in Portugal, is a Portuguese architect. Siza's prominent figure in architecture and his architecture works are recognized as a connection between the historical environment and the modern architecture structure. Alvaro Siza shows his respect particularly on the location where the construction is placed. That said, majority of those new architecture works went through his hand are relatively connects to the old, local tradition, therefore a lot of original elements are retained.

Construction set on the hillside, a very direct connection to the nature.

Boa Nova Tea House,Portugal, 1858-1961
Boa Nova Tea House which takes approximately 3 years and finished in 1961 would be a representative figure of Alvaro Siza's architectural style. The entire structure of the architecture is placed directly on the hillside, the unconventional design of the opening of windows and doors brings the nature skylight in and emphasized the connection between the interior and the outdoor landscape. The tea house blends with the land rocks surrounded softly. Growing out from the rocks, that will be it.

卢延光 (Lu YanGuang)

About line.

Chinese artist Lu Yangunag (born in 1948)is truly one of the outstanding artists of Chinese comic strip. He does particularly an great job on tackling with lines in his art pieces. Throughout his line drawing the strongest spot that immediately captures my attention is the quality and the movement of his line: very soft handling but also possess a pretty tough quality, like the waves in the ocean.

一百僧佛图
He's the first artist in China who uses the sharpie marker (which is originally for architecture sketching) to draw. Deeply inspired by English Illustrator Aubrey Beardsley, Lu has been working on developing his personal line structure and movement by absorbing Chinese cultural elements into black-and white ink drawing. Compare to Aubrey Beardsley's soft-quality, ambulatory line, Lu's pieces displays a more interesting composition and the firmness in lines.

戴敦邦 (Dunbang Dai)

About Chinese Art.

Chinese artist Dai Dunbang (born 1938) is one of the nationally acknowledged, qualified master of Chinese comic strip, which is usually presented as a book with a complete story or a couple of separated plots told in pictures in the form of chinoiserie. Very loosen-up style, bold lines and pretty smooth artistic conception.

These figure drawing pieces from Dai would be the most representative pictures of His art.His character illustration is and interesting combination of very specific detail works particularly on the figure (clothes, hand or other parts of the body) and the blank behind. Pieces through his hand always gives me a fresh eye of lines expression.

Ashley Percival

Bill.

Shortly after Ashley Percival graduation from the University College Falmouth, where he majors in art and design, Ashley opened an Etsy shop to sell his illustration pieces. No doubt that his sales went through the roof. Ashley Percival's handmade illustration recalls those quirky lines, shapes and textures in Joan Miro's art pieces in some way. Wildlife and nature turn out to be a series of drawing and illustration consist of different elements through Ashley Percival's hand.
                     Blue Night Owl

                        Owl Party.
                      Owl of the Night.
Conspicuously, Owls are an interesting species to present for Ashley, and he illustrates them as a cartoon-ish, and may be sort of childish wildlife character. Pretty simple, plain background and composition but with very exquisite handling with details.
